MCR PRO LLC is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech person to join our team, we currently manage 40+ properties throughout Allentown, Bethlehem, Fountain Hill, Easton, and Philadelphia. We also renovate new and current properties. This is a long term position to grow with company. Our Company has expanded each year since 2018 we are currently looking for the following individual : -Must have basic handyman skills ex. Installing door knob, smoke detector, patch walls, etc... -Must have working cell Phone and able to take pictures -Must have reliable Transportation and able to use GPS -Must be able to follow work order instructions and complete -Must be able to communicate with customers /Bi-Lingual /Spanish a major plus -Must complete 1099 Form -Must have basic carpenter tools/ other tools provided -Must be on time for work and able to troubleshoot -Must have basic plumbing and electrical skills -Must be able to work alone and as a team during renovations -Must have CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or be willing to take a check.
