Long shot, but I hit my head in a scooter accident and when I went to the hospital, my backpack with some things that were of value to lose contained, including my CDC vaccine card with my full name, Gabriel Charles Koerner. Black, Puma brand, emprinted with a logo from the TV series "The Orville" I worked on and "Planetary Union" I believe. This would have been lost around October 6th. This picture is most similar I could find, except mine was specific for crew for a TV series we worked on so it does not have the larger Puma branding. It would be a miracle but I hope someone found it
