We've been very fortunate to have her for 5 years but will no longer need her help because of kids' school schedules. She's been with us since our kids were babies, and I can't speak highly enough of her: she is extremely responsible, reliable, loving, and lots of fun. She takes them to the park and on walks, making sure they're getting fresh air and exercise, while protected with hats and sunscreen. She makes healthy meals for them, and helps us by doing housework. She is very flexible with our demanding work schedules.
