Neilly Construction is looking for experienced plumbers and electricians to sub out our work to. We build additions and remodel kitchens, basements and bathrooms and need a reliable person/crew/small business to help with wiring and plumbing. Willing to pay based on experience and have a long-term working relationship. We complete work in Canonsburg, Eighty-Four, Washington and outlying areas.
