need a dog house built please

I'm looking for help in building a dog house out of wood, for a full size lab. need a slanted roof and dimensions to be roughly 3 feet wide, 3.5 feet high, 4 feet in length. My intent is to have some form of insulation as well in the house. If interested in building this, please let me know your bid with estimated cost of materials and such and total cost.
