If they are all coming here (making prices going up) then it's time to buy there (prices going down). Forget about buying in Detroit, Joshua Tree, Arizona, Utah etc... History has always shown turning neighborhoods into slums to later buy the cheap land and develop it. They're going to turn California into the biggest cesspool. Drive people out trough a declining quality of life, crime, climbing property taxes and BS taxes and mandates. Then by hook or crook gobble up all the land for future development. Interesting that the Financial District in LA is right next to Skid Row. Hmmmmm future development?!?!?!
