Looking for somebody who can do the following:
1. Clean up the lawn (see pics) including mowing the lawn, removing weeds and removing tall weeds (3-6 feet).
2. Paint basement walls and floor
About 3 days of work. We are a property management company with lots of work year around.
Requirement:
1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Must have lawn mower and other power tools needed to do the work
3. Must have basic paint tools
4. Must have cash app or a bank account to accept payment. Payment always made within 24 hours of work completion upon inspection.
