Bassist Looking for Casual Jams or Weekend Warrior Band

I'm a bassist looking to get out and play with others. I'm 31 years old, been playing guitar for 15 years or so and recently found out I'm a much better bassist than guitarist a couple years ago. I have gear to keep up with a drummer and play out. I'm not a pro; I don't want to tour and 'make it'. I'm just a bedroom player looking to jam on nights and weekends with others who have day jobs & families. If it leads to a cover band that plays a few gigs, that would be cool. If you're an existing band playing covers or originals that's cool, too. If you're just another guy playing in his office/bedroom at night and want to jam then let's do it. I'm into almost all genres of music; I play country, metal, rock, indie, blues, etc. Anything you want to play, I will learn and be your bassist. Let's figure something out!
