Help with renovations~ removing carpet, cleaning and painting

Hello! My husband and I are moving into a new warehouse space that needs a lot of initial work. We need help tearing up old carpet and cleaning up, repairing ceiling insulation, painting the interior walls and floors, prepping and painting the exterior of the building (peeling paint). Please be specific about your skills and let me know which of these tasks you have the most experience in, you will not be considered otherwise. Thank you!
