Contractor-Developer and we work directly with Property Investor who want to Flip Properties for Profit... Our projects are normally 3-months start to finish, and 4 to 6 weeks more, if we are dong a C or D variance. We are interested in hiring (to train) a Project Manager who can work directly with Owner-Developer, so that the New Project Manager will be able to run a remodel project in part or as a whole; and this will follow after an initial 3-month training period at a current project, such as a project found in Kearny. This is a hands on position, so you must have a background in all the skillsets of carpentry, masonry, drywall, flooring, painting and so on; with you able to direct workers and jump in (if necessary) to do any phase of the project work... You must have managerial skills, be able to give direction and work with crews, have mastery of computer (word processing / Excel / Blueprint) internet / smart phone capabilities.
