Need cat diesel mechanic

I bought a 2003 cat 312 cl with the 3064 cat diesel. Someone put new vacuum lines in it during time up and minutes later it just runs very rough. Need someone very experienced to figure out what is wrong and fix it. Also, water pump is leaking and need switched out. Machine is in bartow and repair needs to be onsite.
