I need someone who knows how to set up a complete freshwater, planted aquarium with aqua soil and CO2. I need advice to purchase, filter, lighting and other equipment. After set-up, I need the person to do weekly water changes and then a monthly trimming and tank-cleaning. The aquarium is 96x48x30 and is about gallons. Per hour rate is negotiable.
