Location to play D&D and Board Games

A group of us who play D&D and Board games used to play in a corporate office on weekends when not is use by that company. With C19 restrictions, that location is no longer available so we're looking for a quiet, clean conference area for 8-10 of us to meet for gaming. We can be very flexible to accommodate off business hours. Any ideas or ability to help ? Ideally someplace free but could provide small consideration.
