Continuous missed connections on Eldon Ave. I'm just an observer, I have nothing to do with it. You drive a city owned car, wear a badge and are completely oblivious. Them; adults riding mountain bikes and never changing clothes, dirty, smelly and dealing drugs in the apartment complex. What is it going to take to get you all together?
