VIBES+VINYASA Vibe out and find your zen! This is a 60-minute Vinyasa yoga class + 30-min Sound Bath Experience. Open to ALL levels! Tell a friend and join us at Creative Suitland to reconnect, rejuvenate, restore and strengthen your body with a sweat-inducing yoga flow and end the session with a relaxing sound bath. This is the perfect way to kick off 2022! This class includes Yoga + Guided Meditation + Sound Bath + Fun! Sunday, January 9th - 4PM-5:30PM $12 Admission (Includes gift bag) -- 25 Spaces Available **Vaccination Card Required For Entry/No Exceptions** This Yoga class is facilitated by Malachi E. Robinson, Director of Creative Suitland. Malachi is a Registered Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. In Malachi’s classes he loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice and build confidence. The Sound Bath Experience will be led by Scheera Robinson, Founder of Natural Feels Awareness. Scheera is a Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Meditation Instructor, Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer. The energy she brings to each session is very kind, supportive and personable.
