Spotted a small dog. Dachshund maybe? White body, black face. Wearing a black Halloween shirt that had a purple loop on the front. Came up to me but when I touched the purple loop thing they got spooked and kept distance. Spotted at Valero gas station/Dickeys BBQ on 10/ N Main around 12:45. If you’re looking, good luck.
