Help leverage the disproportionate burden financial, help reduce holiday stresses and depression. Structure To make your donation, go to: https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=6UXEF8XB8VZJ8&source=urlA designated area inside will be provided for all participating vendors/companies to display their products and or services.Prefer all vendors/companies to bring their own table and chair. If you do not bring your own table, a table only will be provided. However, tables are limited. Set up time starts at 9:50 am to 10:50 am, break down time is from 2:00pm to 3:00 pm and event start time is 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Location: Bear Creek Community Church, 2700 Finley Rd, Irving, TX 75062A designated area outside will be provided for all participating food truck and non-food truck vendors .CostAll vendors/companies will need to register.All vendors/companies are asked to make a monetary donation of at-least $75 or donate a 16’ or bigger bike for a male or female. All vendors/companies are asked to donate one gift basket with their products and services and other items to be given away as a door prize. We want to introduce ourselves, recognize current supporters & network with resources available in our Irving Community! S and F Athletes provides academic support, case management, resource development and mentoring to children and their families in the Irving area, as part of their After-school Mentoring Program.
