White Light Sounds and Palos Verdes Wellness Center are partnering for a special event that combines three powerful healing modalities - Acupuncture, Meditation, and Sound Healing. Dr. Michelle Tserendorj of PV Wellness Center, has over 15 years of Western and Eastern medicine and will focus on the shenmen (ear) and point zero acupuncture points in order to calm the mind, reduce stress, reduce pain, and promote healing. Kristin White of White Light Sounds, will lead participants in a sound bath meditation with high vibrational instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, Gongs, Chimes, and Drums. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and bring a yoga mat and anything else that will contribute to your comfort such as pillows, blanket, and an eye mask.
