Join us for a festive afternoon of Holiday Goat Yoga! With goats dressed up in their best holiday sweaters! YOU are invited to HOLIDAY GOAT YOGA! Brought to you by Addison Athletic Club. The animals will be dressed up in holiday sweaters. Please join in on the holiday spirit and bundle up (we will be outside)! Proceeds directly benefit the animals at the event and their humans. Know before you go: *Please do not enter the fenced off goat yoga area any earlier than 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. We will set aside time after the yoga portion of the class for extra socializing and picture taking with the goats if you don't get the shot you want during the yoga practice. *BYOM (bring your own yoga mat) or bring a large towel. We do not provide mats, but we will have towels for attendee use; first come first serve. *Be prepared for our goats to take an interest in you! They are excited to be with you! Goat yoga is for everyone and we welcome participants over the age of 5 (with a parent or guardian). It is meant to be fun and memorable. The yoga flow accommodates for our furry friends. Goats have been known to nudge, scratch, nibble, jump and step on attendees. Goats are NOT potty trained animals. There will be a sanitizing station onsite as well as antibacterial wipes. *Everyone will need to check in and sign a liability waiver before the class starts. You will need to complete a short COVID waiver. Masks are not required. This is an outdoor fitness event. Social distancing will be the responsibility of each participant in regards to his or her own preferences of proximity to other attendees. You agree not to hold the goat yoga organization, owners, the venue, employees, volunteers, instructors and/or representatives responsible in any way for any injury or occurrence whatsoever. All incidents and/or injuries must be reported before leaving the premises. You are solely responsible for all items brought on premise. No other animals allowed. No children under the age of 5 permitted in the fenced off goat yoga area. If you have questions regarding service animals, please reach out at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
