It’s starting as a part time position at approx 25-30 hrs per week. once I feel comfortable with your work I’ll offer you full time work and adjust your pay rate. Neat painting exp Basic carpentry Can change a sink faucet Can open a light fixture & replace the bulb Can clear a toilet clog Can change a simple wall switch or outlet Can hang a window blind Can replace a door lock or dead built Can plant a shrub or small tree Can cut grass my home small property Can use a w weed wacker Can repair a fence Can hang a shelf secure & straight “These are the likely work will be doing” I don’t expect you to know all but more than half of these simple tasks For now you’ll work with me so I can see your experience, any trade your not experienced in I’ll train you to do correctly.
