Lamar Union Plaza, 1100 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704.Zoom Details will be emailed the day prior to the event.Price: Free for MembersNon Members: $10 ALL Tickets INCLUDE: 45 Min Cardio Mat Pilates Class followed by a 10 minute cool down focusing on stretching and mobility.Potluck style dinner to follow with some healthy Thanksgiving favorites! What to Bring to the Potluck (Optional): If you'd like to bring a dish, drink, or dessert, please fill in this spreadsheet. FAQs: What if I’m a beginner, can I take this class? Yes! We build our classes on progressions, so whether this is your first pilates class or you’ve taken pilates for years, we promise we will keep you safe but you will feel the burn!Is there parking and what’s the cost? Ample parking is available in the Lamar Union Complex and it is free for 3 hours. It's night time, seems a little cold for outdoor pilates? You're right on that! We'll be hosting this class in the Lamar Union Fitness Studio with the after party hosted in the Sky Lounge. I'm not Vegan or Vegetarian, will there still be food and drink options for me? Yes! I eat meat myself so I will be cooking up some traditional turkey for us to enjoy and assure you there will be plenty of options for all :) How will I know where to check in?
