any good Propane spots in Kali's Valley ?

This is the first time I have had to use Propane for Heat and I have heard alot of stories how the quality changes between vendors. Is anyone pleased with what they are getting and easy to access ? Some Vendors can mix additives and supposed to report it, but I dont see that anywhere I want to Lease a Tank, but I am not sure who to get it from yet some places I get double the Gas Mileage than others so choosing wisely pays off thanks for looking
