Meditations will explore how the Body feels noticing sensations of Breaths, Pain, Anxiety, Anger, and whatever the Body & Mind Present! Some common Themes are: Mindful Breaths, The Body Scan, Loving-Kindness, Compassion & Self-Compassion, etc. No Goals, No Mission, just enjoying Life's gentle silent pauses. So come join us!!!
