Need to Rehome 5 year old female cat

Please read: I have a 4 year old beautiful female cat, Alice, that needs to be rehomed. She is fixed. She has an issue with going potty on things, so she needs to go to a home with someone that can keep her isolated to a certain area. She loves beds the most. She needs to be the only cat. Gets along with dogs ok. She does not get on with my cats and I have not been able to break her of this bad habit. I have taken her to be tested and they say she has really bad anxiety. Maybe being in a home without kids and no other cats, will help. I'm asking a $40 rehome fee just to insure she goes to a good home. She will come with her litter box, her bowls, and I'll provide some of her food. So that more than covers the $40. I love her and have had her 5 years, I rescued her from a hoarding situation. I just don't have the time and resources to give to stop this habit of hers.
