Billy Mawhiney, South Dakota Afterschool Network's new Executive Director, is traveling around South Dakota for a listening tour with afterschool programs across the state! Join in on a conversation with Billy on the vision of afterschool in South Dakota. Most importantly, we want to hear YOUR thoughts about afterschool in South Dakota. The South Dakota Afterschool Network promotes afterschool programs, advocates public policy on behalf of afterschool programs, and encourages high quality in afterschool programs across South Dakota. The South Dakota Afterschool Network is part of the CS Mott Foundation’s 50-State Network. We work with other states to influence legislation, create an awareness of the need, and improve the quality of existing programs.
