Join us on our patio anytime from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for a flight of 3 incredible California Table wines from The Ojai Vineyard, located just outside of Santa Barbara, CA. Accompanying the incredible wines will be the perfect pairing of Chef's choice meat and cheese small plate We will be joined by Mission Grape to educate us about these 3 wines as we sip on the patio. What we will be tasting: Ojai Table White-"As always, this white blend delivers a lot for the price. It's composed of mostly Sauvignon Blanc, then dry Riesling, Chardonnay, and a small amount of the hybrid vines we have planted at our estate (Caminante Blanc & Ambulo Blanc). The palate is fresh and fleshy, with great dynamics in that way. It’s all about white flowers, melons and citrus, with some gentle toasty lees notes—yum!" Ojai Table Rose-"You're not too far out if you picture sitting under the blossoming cherry trees on the National Mall, peeling oranges while your companion tears into some good fresh bread. That segues into flavors of white raspberry, just ripe apricots and rainier cherries. You'll find a moment of cushion before this gains pitch into a zesty, mineral driven finish." Ojai Table Red- "Throughout the years Ojai Red was reserved for the local market but slowly made its way to outside buyers and tasters who recognized the terrific value and its exciting personality. This latest version is filled with great fruit and perfume, dominated by Syrah, enlivened with floral Grenache and racy Barbera, and smoothed by Pinot Noir’s natural silkiness.
