Respond with original amount, balance amount, company it is for and where it was lost.
Email me with your answers. It would be great if you can get the receipt for the original purchase - that would be the kicker!
In order to avoid scammers phishing for information - you must answer all of the above questions on your first try. Whoever lost this will be able to do that. No exceptions.
