Long-term Foster for Chihuahua

I have been in love with my friend’s chihuahua for months. She recently had to move to a place where she cannot keep pets. I was supposed to be able to have a small dog on in my informal rental situation, but my landlord changed his mind. My friend knows I love this dog and is offering her to me, but I can’t currently take her. I’m wondering if there is anyone out there who would be willing to foster Tinkerbelle on a long-term basis? I expect it will be 5 months before I can move, it could be longer depending on the rental market. I’d love to see her sometimes if possible. Maybe it’s long shot, but I’m putting it out there.
