Growing pool care company seeking a full time pool technician. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recent, verifiable residential pool care experience, exceptional customer service skills and the willingness to replicate a specific process flow at each service without deviation. While we understand our candidates shouldn't need anything in the form of training in the technical sense, there is a 4 to 6 week ride along period. This is simply to ensure the tech enters the route with every possible nuance of the pools addressed and every customer is comfortably acclimated to their new weekly visitor. In return for this list of requirements our new teammate will enjoy a take home company vehicle, competitive pay with performance based increases and flexible, easy to work with supervisors. If you're good at what you do with minimal supervision, this opportunity feels much more like being self employed than having a job. We will give preference to candidates who have no more than a 3-5 month gap in employment in the last 24 months and have had no more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years. Of course, all responses will be carefully reviewed but, job hoppers will not be considered. Reliability is paramount in this position and references will be confirmed. A background check is required.
