Need someone with electircal experience to replace a 40 amp breaker

Need someone with electrical experience to replace a 40 amp breaker at my home. The air conditioner keeps tripping the breaker this summer every 3 or 4 months and I want to change it out to see if that might be the issue, vs replacing the compressor. I also need a motion light and a garage door opener installed as well if you are really handy.
