Press release from the Baltimore County Police Department: October 30, 2021 On Friday, October 29, at 6:00 p.m., Baltimore County officers responded to an area behind the 1200 block of Stamford Rd., 21207, in reference to a call for shots fired.  When officers arrived on the scene, they located one person fatally shot. The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Christopher Brooks of the 600 block of Brisbane Rd., 21229.  As Baltimore County homicide detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this case, they are asking anyone with information to contact 410-307-2020.   REWARD OFFERED Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization that is separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government, offers rewards of up to $2000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges in connection with felony offenses.
