CALIFORNIA — A Bay Area man is facing federal charges after he reportedly grabbed another passenger on a flight from Sacramento to Denver this week, NBC News reported. Oakland resident Robert Early Glasper III, 26, was arrested after his flight landed at Denver International Airport on Monday just before 9 p.m., according to an affidavit from the FBI. Read more from NBC News: California man accused of sexual misconduct on Denver-bound plane Authorities said Glasper "reached out with his hand and grasped the left side of the victim's buttocks, giving it a squeeze," FBI Special Agent Brandon Barnes wrote in the affidavit, NBC News reported. Glasper also began masturbating in his seat after exposing himself to the victim. He later struggled to speak in his interview with police but told authorities that "the incident was consensual." The Oakland man was charged with sexual contact without permission on an airplane, committing lewd and obscene acts on a faith and simple assault on an aircraft, according to NBC News.
