Please read entire ad before applying we are a Property Management company seeking an Reliable On Call Maintence Technician to be on Call 4 days a week. Must have successful professional experience in maintence field, specifically with multi-unit residential spaces. Criminal background investigations are completed on each candidate. Servicing all of Metro Atlanta and Covington GA occasionally. We also have a fleet of RV campers in Covington so knowledgeable experience with campers is preferred but not required. some fixes include: Furniture (chair legs, table, bed etc.) Cabinets Moving things Seal/Caulking (holes, things that are needed) Access to ladder/truck (helpful) Fix appliances Lock on doors (fix or adjust) Toilet/plumbing Exterminator And basic maintenance WE PAY FOR ALL MATERIALS if you need to purchase items from a store Pay : By completed service/gig categerized ( this is starting out pay after 90 days we evaluate ) $50 ( small gig example : Replace a light bulb, un clog a toilet, small easy fixes ) $100 ( medium gig example : Fix damaged chair, Fix toilet, etc ) $150 ( electrical work, hvac work, detailed maintenance, etc ) $$ you will receive Gas fee pay out per gig Performance bonuses per gig or more depending on the details of the fix ( Gas fee payed out per gig ) TO APPLY, SEND : 1.
