Manufacturing and Production Associate - 1st and 2nd shift available We are an established manufacturer in Santa Fe Springs. We have served the Aerospace industry for over 50 years! We have an immediate openings for Production Workers, the position is full-time, first and second shift, minimum of 40 hours per week! We are open 6 days a week, with over-time possibilities. Production employees move raw material through various stages of processing. A variety of equipment is utilized including process tanks, overhead hoists, and cranes, furnaces, shaving equipment and other machines to process our product. Operators use dies, micrometers, pointers and other tools. · Machine set up may be required and the successful candidate will receive job specific training. · Machine and processing procedures are in place to provide direction to the operators. Operator will be required to follow company procedures, monitor work quality and make basic go/no go decisions. · Operators will be required to complete daily production reports and follow a schedule. · Position requires some pulling and lifting. Overhead material handling equipment and forklifts are primarily used to move the material. · Spanish speaking is a huge plus! · The perfect candidate will be reliable, a quick learner and a team player. · The ideal candidate will have 5 years production experience · Medical Insurance, 401k, life insurance and vacation plan All new hires will be required to pass a drug test Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all new hires.
