Our business continues to grow and we are looking to add dependable Driver/Junk Removal professionals to our team. NO CDL required. We provide a truck, paid training, benefits and career growth opportunities. Must be physically able to lift and move items safely. Both Full-time and part-time roles available. Advocates for his team and firm believer in career progression. - Base salary pays up to $54,000 with Great Tips!! (hourly pay is $18 to start, with drivers earning $22-25 with tips. Overtime is $27 per hour, $30-32 with tips) - Medical benefits & 401k plans available Requirements: Clean Drivers Record (No accidents, or tickets since 2017) 3 years as a licensed driver ; standard issue driver's license (no special license classification needed) Clean background check (10 years) Must be able to talk to customers in a professional manner Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs Must have excellent command of spoken/written english Great work ethic and attitude is a must Routes begin at 7AM in Long Island - with routes ending between 6-7PM depending on last pickup (of course overtime is paid at time and a half!)
