I am building a 444 sq ft ADU in Davis. I need a licensed contractor to provide the labor and materials for the footings. Raised foundation construction. Single story house. Project is in the back yard. I will be needing 110 lineal feet of footings. Permit and plans are ready to go. Lot is graded and ready for footings to be dug.
