Found Siamese spayed female approximately 5 years

Found approximately 5 year old Spade Siamese kitty on corner of freeman and Bigham in CentralPoint OR. She had been out there 3 + weeks before being rescued on August 26th 2021 I've been searching for her family ever since. She is now in the Foster program with C.A.T.S she has all her shots, blood work and had three bad teeth that had to be pulled. I am trying to to find her family but if I can't I would love to adopt her. She is very sweet and went through a lot. if she looks familiar or you know someone that lost their baby please let me know. I've enclosed a photo of the day that I rescued her and the rest are current with love and proper nutrition. She's smaller baby approximately 10lbs.
