Hound dog looking for home

Hello all! We picked up a sweet dog from the animal shelter in Onslow... and house trained him (no pee or poop in the house, he goes out a normal size pet door) took him to the vet... all is well. This dog was named Scout, and he is a tall hound dog, loves to hug. Quiet... but terrifies our smaller dog when he plays with his big paws, and chews his toys into oblivion. He loves being outside... and our yard is fenced in. He never jumped the fence or ran away. He just needs to be with a loving owner that can give him a lot of attention. I will post pictures soon. We dont want to return him to the shelter because we dont want to risk him being put down. Pictures will be posted soon and on request.
