Rehoming Male Parakeet with cage and accessories

Looking for loving person who is looking to adopt our male budgie. He is approximately 10 months old and I've had him for 6 months. He will eat out of your hand and stand on hand while eating if he trusts you. With more training he could do more. He comes with my extra cage that was only used for a couple weeks so it's basically brand new. Also some natural wood perches and some toys. Some food and treats. Rehoming fee of 100$ because of the stuff he comes with and I would like him to go to someone who wants him and can take care of him and not neglect him. My lease is up soon and don't know if I can keep him. His wings were clipped when I got him from Petco but they grew out and he can fly now. The cage was 70 brand new and the bird was 50 plus all the food and extras I have. I would like 100 but if you can't afford that we might be able to work something out if you are a truly the right fit for this bird and can show me that. He is talkative and can get loud sometimes. He sleeps with blanket over cage 10-12 hours a day which is recommended and he is quiet during those times. He does dance to some music too.
