Contractor seeking skilled tradesmen

General contractor located in Chicago is looking to grow list of subcontractors and skilled tradesmen. Please send an email with work experience and any before/after photos of your own jobs. We are booked up for the season, deposits are collected, and we are ready to dish out work to quality tradesmen. If interested in subcontracting, you must have your own tools and transportation. If no tools/transportation, we can arrange this for you but pay would be less. Pay is based on the project but ranges from $200-400 a day (depending on experience). Part-time and full-time work available. All of our projects are located within Chicago and some of the surrounding suburbs (Oak Park, etc.) Immediate need for: -Painters (interior and exterior) -Janitorial & Landscaping (maintaining rental properties and building common areas) -Drywall & Remodel -Tile Expert -General handyman Please send all inquiries and resumes to [email protected]
