We build decks and install fencing for customers in Central and Eastern PA. As a small business, we appreciate our team and treat crew members like family. About Our Crew Foreman Position: ● Review the job information and coordinate loading needed materials and tools onto the truck ● Conduct the Pre-Start customer walk-through to ensure we understand the customer's goals for the project and can accommodate any special requests ● Organize the team to ensure we are utilizing time & talent efficiently ● Traincrew members - giving reasons, tips, strategies, and developing leaders within the team ● Model and enforce company values on the job site - including not tolerating profanity, crude conversations, or loud music from your crew ● Ensure the job site is kept clean, organized, and left in excellent condition before departing for the day ● Analyze the job and make notes of how you could improve or work more effectively on future projects ● Take a final walk-through of the project before leaving to ensure all details are taken care of Our Ideal Crew Foreman: ● Experience: Experience in a construction-related field (fencing, decking, roofing, siding, etc.) and time spent in a lead position. ● Team Player: Someone eager to learn and grow. Humble. Strives for excellence. A person who cares about teammates & customers. Willing to jump in and help. ● Active: Working in a physically demanding role, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 80 lbs. Someone who enjoys working outdoors. ● Servant Leader: Willing to train, coach, and hold your crew accountable to help them learn and grow as part of the Integrous team ● Clean Cut: We expect appropriate language, proper attire, and a positive attitude while on the clock.
