Description

Part-Time person needed to paint/prepare apartments for new residents. Walls, Trim, Baseboards, Ceilings included. Prep work consisting of patching, taping, caulking, and sanding. Must have a good work ethic and ability to work independently and be able to meet deadlines. Must have documented painting experience. Experience with Paint Sprayer is a plus. 15-20 hours a week. Work will be Mon-Friday between 8 AM -5:30 PM, possibly some Saturdays. Vaccination and Background Check Required.
