Description
Cardiff Development Partners is seeking a part time day porter for three days per week. A day porter is a person that helps maintain the appearance of a property. Tasks would include setting traffic cones, picking up trash, and light maintenance and cleaning.
The position is for Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The position is within walking distance to Channel Islands High School. No experience is necessary.
This is also an opportunity to learn about commercial real estate from a highly successful real estate developer.
