There are too few Billionaires, and their total net worth is a scant $3 Trillion. However, there are 20 million millionaires in the US. We could have a one time wealth tax of 100% above the first million. This would raise 40 Trillion dollars, enough to pay off the National Debt with over $10 Trillion left for Infrastructure. And this one-time wealth tax would affect less than 7% of the people. We could even exempt Billionaire's from this tax, and still raise $37 Trillion.
