Landscape Management Company located in El Mirage/Surprise area has an opening for a working Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. This position requires experience in the following areas: Landscape Maintenance Industry standards including proper horticultural management of trees, shrubs, and turf. Knowledge of safe operations of landscape maintenance equipment. Landscape Maintenance scheduling, A good working knowledge of all types of irrigation systems and irrigation controllers. Customer Service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, crews, clients, and management. Having certifications in SLM, and ACLP, a plus, but not mandatory as we are willing to train the right candidate in these areas. Duties include daily management of crew(s), communication with community managers, communication with branch manager, computer skills including excel, e-mail, and word. Applicant must have a clean driving record. Opportunities for advancement.
