Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager in the Philadelphia area to perform and oversee maintenance in multiple locations in the city. Responsibilities include:
(1) cleanliness
(2) preventative maintenance and upkeep
(3) managing, training and mentoring maintenance personnel
(4) on-call for emergencies only
(5) daily local travel
(6) flexibility
(7) project management
(8) organization
(9) valid and active license/reliable transportation
Educational requirements: Degree in business or Trade certification with 5 years experience in managing facilities and supervisory responsibilities. To be successful in this position you must have proficient knowledge in trades with intermediate MS Office skills.
