Guinea pig in need of new home

This is manchas and he is in need of a new home who will love and care for him. While I thought I would be his forever home I did not take into consideration how hard it would be for me to take care of him while in college so I have made the unfortunate decision to let him go to a new home who will give him a lot more attention and care that I can't give too him. I am looking for 65 dollars for the Guinea pig with everything included in the pictures. That includes the two cages, they are two separate cages however I have connected them using zip ties, a wooden latter for him to get across, a tree stump that he uses as a hide, a red tunnel he likes to go in and out off, his hay tray, food bowl, two water bottle (one he is using and a brand new one), also included is a smaller cage used for transportation, 6 mats and a small bed. Depending on purchase date he will come with a bag of treats and a bag of hay. I just want him to have a good home and a good home owner who knows what they are doing and I am willing to negotiate. I will need some proof that you can take care of a Guinea pig and know what you are getting into.
