Coordinating and performing QC on all inbound and outbound shipping out of facility. information distribution and communication between winery partners and NWDS. Highest attention to Customer Service and communication with clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinates all inbound and outbound shipping paperwork and QC o QC incoming consolidations and drop offs o QC incoming inventory for storage and complete receiving paperwork o Communicate with all NWDS staff about any changes and updates • Provides assistance to customers and NWDS staff inquiries regarding shipping status • Updating status in TS for all inbound and outbound loads • Facilitating handing out of orders to warehouse and updating in TS • Working with Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Lead to ensure all orders are handed out for the appropriate ship dates • Shipping storage and master bill of lading orders in AMS. • Assist warehouse staff in maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Perform other related tasks as required.
