licensed plumber for small commercial jobs

I am looking for a qualified, commercial plumber for small commercial jobs. Some of the jobs need to be permitted, but most do not. Some of the work can be bid, but much it will be done by the hour, so I need to get a an hourly rate for a plumber and helper. I have an immediate need two have 2 utility sinks and faucets removed and new sinks installed at a facility in Irving. You need not have insurance because I can cover you under my insurance. Please respond with hourly rate and experience.
