Peruvians celebrate creole music which is a reflection of the coastal culture of Peru, it has been a long standing tradition, including food Join us to celebrate the Day of the Creole Song with a special creole menu by our Chef Martha Quizpe, including appetizers, entrees, desserts, Peruvian mixed drinks, beer & wine. A creole cuisine has developed along the coast of Peru, with Spanish, African, Italian, and Chinese influences. One of the signature dishes of Peruvian creole cuisine is ceviche, which is prepared with fresh fish that has been cured in lemon juice. Other dishes are ají de gallina, carapulca, and tacu-tacu. Music by DJ El Chamo & special guest singer Natalia Zerga, sharing rhythms from Peru.
